Got bone surgery, quit for a week before and a week after. Started smoking one daily, now it's more than that. My pain level has increased. Cause and effect is pretty straight forward. Today i reset my quit date. Time to buckle down again.
Question is how do I do that without the looming prospect of my doctor refusing to perform surgery?
