Hello everyone,
I feel that I have hit a brick wall in my progress. I've been cutting back on the cigarettes, and I have started my plan for quitting success, but yesterday I received a phone call from my mom with some bad news. The news has hit me very hard, and I guess you can say that I'm not taking it very well. I'm afraid that I'm going to let this sabotage my progress. I was hoping that someone might have a success story as to when they hit a wall in their own progress and conquered it. I need all the knowledge and support I can get at this point. Thank you.
