"The pessimist sees difficulty in every opportunity.  The optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty." -- Winston Churchill

Quitting smoking is as easy or as difficult as you make it out to be.  Getting cigarettes out of your life can open the doors to a variety of new things, physically, mentally, emotionally and financially.  So, do you see quitting as a difficulty or as an opportunity?  Ponder this:  Why would the chance of stopping the act of poisoning yourself about 20 times a day be anything but an opportunity?

Quit now, while you're still ahead!  N.O.P.E.

In all my 3 years on this site, I have not heard one Elder, not one, EVER say it isn't worth it, don't do it, you will regret it.  Hmmmmmmmmmmmm...

Every single one of them has always said, "You will never regret it."  "It gets sooooo much better."  "It is soooooo worth it."   Every stinkin'  (sweet smelling, forgive me), Elder or Long Term Quitter, say the same thing.  Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm....
