I need to fill in space if I am not holding and sucking on a cigarette. I will find it hard while I'm driving in my car, and especially at night when I wake up with insomnia. I cannot find the link or area on this website that gives people "things to do" to replace the cigarette.
I think the "urge" will last maybe 5 minutes...maybe 10 minutes and I need to find something to do until that urge passes....and then I'll be OK until the next urge come along.
Yes I am trying to arm myself with tools so when I DO SET A QUIT DATE, I am prepared, and I have even practiced spacing myself between the trigger and the cigarette.
Any information, or books, or a certain blog that can help - please, send it my way.
