As part of the study, I was randomly selected to receive nicotine patches for a month. They arrived today and tomorrow I will be a NON-SMOKER!! I need to know if it is okay to use patches or as Allen Carr says "Do not use anything. I am confused. Do I use the patches or not? Please give me your opinion all those who have quit, please!! I need to do what is best. Thanks.
