Share your quitting journey
Omigosh, it's been about one year and four months since I quit! It's been a pretty awesome journey letting go of my old smoking habit. I didn't realize how much time that smoking took away from my life, I seem to have much more time on my hands and have taken up a few new hobbies. According to what I've read, my lungs have completely regenerated, my blood pressure has decreased, and the oxygen content in my blood has returned to normal. I had no idea how this old smoking habit affected me internally and I am even more happy that I quit when I did last year! I will admit one issue that I've experienced since quitting - I did gain some weight. Now, I am planning on paying attention to my eating and exercise needs. I plan to become the best version of myself possible, this goal probably would have never existed if I had not quit smoking first and for that, I am eternally grateful. I wish you the best in your journey to quitting and becoming the best version of yourself! #itstime #thebestyou #youvegotthis
