Hi friends...I am preparing to start my quit again but want to be fully prepared this time. The last time I had a horrible lack of sleep problem that actually made me physically sick. Therefore, I thought I would tackle this thru your answers. I am wondering if an over the counter product would work with this smoking cessation withdrawal sympton or should I get a doctor's prescription. I really hate to use any medication when I don't have to but I know that I need to prepare myself. I have melotonin and benedryl...wonder if these are strong enough with the withdrawal sympton? What did you use that worked best? Thanks for your answers....
