Have you thought about it Steve/Fran? I mean really thought about it?Try taking a deeper look in the mirror with that smoke hanging out yah face. How about taking the cigarette and place it next to the  mirror and stand next to it..How much bigger are you than that cigarette?yet it controlled you guys for as long as you can remember.... I think if god wanted us to smoke ,he would've put a smoke stack at the top of our heads

Not for nothing Steve/Fran but is it fantastic?,as the smoke goes up your nose and at the same time fills the air with that cigarette smell how it smells I mean how it stinks up the air.It stinks up our hair, our clothes, skin and what is it doing to our delicate cells in our body?

When you are smoke free in 3 months Steve/Fran we don't feel the pressure in our chest when we lay down to sleep ,or spitting up the chunky stuff in the morning we wont talk to much about. We are no longer panic-ing that there are no smokes left.

How about your endurance Steve/ Fran and how that has doubled?... Well it has and you  are thinking more clearly without having to go outside thinking you are escaping from your co-workers,or not wanting your boss to catch you leaving again,or non smoking co-workers are pissed cause they want a break too... all for 2 minutes to collect your thoughts.Instead you are now taking a walk around the building for 2 minutes and great ideas are coming to you. Co-workers want to be more like you,fit and fearless of all the greatness you are becoming.

Each day Steve/Fran you are becoming better and better ,stronger and fearless, each day and in every way you no longer feel the need to smoke, you are confident and able to stand upon your 2 feet strong and able to beat down that cigarette that thinks that it is bigger than you. Better and better in every way you have more energy, more time ,things are getting accomplished, you are saving money and your bills seem to be less, your memory is improving and your walking more.
