I have just gotten off the phone with my sis about 20munites ago. She had call to let me know that my mother has past away . I feel like a truck has run ove me. PLEASE PRAY THAT I CAN GET THROUGHT THIS NEXT WEEK WITHOUT SMOKING. thank you all for always being here for me

Doris, I am sorry for your loss, any loss especially the loss of a loved one is very difficult. KNow that you can get through this without smoking. Smoking will not bring your mother back but what it will do by giving into temptation is make you feel worse for giving in. You and your family is in my prayers.

I'm so sorry for your news. I just went through it last week, so I know that it is hard and that it hurts. Take a moment each day to cry at some memories, laugh at some memories, and you'll find that life goes on. Those wonderful memories are still just as vivid and real.

I know you are not going to smoke because your mother would be so sad to know that you used her passing as an excuse to start doing something that would probably kill you. Smoking isn't going to help anything.
