Yes I have made it one full year without picking up a sickerette, lighting it and breathing in the toxic substances. I still find it hard to belive that I have given it up...kicked it to the curb...showed it the door...
I am grateful to be on this side of the equation.
i want to ensure all newbies, that despite what you THINK..and remember thoughts are not reality.....you can quit. Even my husband had said to me "you will never quit"...and I thought he was right..he is now joyfully dancing and eating his words....:)
Thank you to everyone here...you all helped me start this journay...those really hard days at the beginning. I could not have made it past them without this site!!
