At midnight tonight i will have been smoke-free for 7 whole days. One whole week of smke-free bliss!! Yes it is BLISS...yes it can be challenging..there are still urges and old thoughts...but I love this feeling of freedom sooo much. It is changing my very make-up for the better. I can feel my confidence surging and my resolve is strong!!
I can't thank you all ENOUGH for the support you have shown me to get me this far!!
