Thank everyone who answered my blog and took the time to actually help me out I am so not used to having that kind of support from friends or family where i am I guess theyr just dont understand unless they smoke and try to quit like this or for some other reason it may not seem important enough to them to tell me what they think. So my Sincere Gratitude and many thanks to you who spoke up God bless & best of luck on this shared journey we have accepted to challenge & conquer I pray we will all succeed if we have the will and can bare thru it
