Weird Question

I noted a lot of people have these very detailed count downs or shall I say clocks of their quit time. They include information all the way down to the second. I was wondering if there was a clock on here that figured it out for you or did people just do the math themselves?

No such thing as a weird question, Dina 🙂 Those things you are seeing are called quit meters. You can get one at http://www.whyquit.com/whyquit/LinksDMeters.html . I use Harry's Quit Counter:

I am Smoke-Free and Healing for Two Years, Two Months, Three Days, 12 Hours and 6 Minutes, while extending my life expectancy 69 Days and 1 Hour, by avoiding the use of 19,888 nicotine delivery devices that would have cost me $5,138.04.
