fat weight

Protect your quit first.  You can always lose weight, but it's not likely you will be able to reverse the damage done from smoking!

Love the new picture IrishRose! Also - the cartoon. So true about the weight. I was okay at first - but then I put on several pounds. I just started working on that a few months ago.....I have now lost 8 pounds!! Hooray!

I never had to worry about my weight, now at seventy and no smoking, I gained 20 pounds and don't know how to get rid of them. ..... My grand daughter, bless her, said grandma, you were to skinny to begin with...Well, now I'm not, but I am smoke free and all the kids, grandkids and great grand kids are proud of me and so am I !!!!!!

I don't know if I'm gaining weight as I have not weighed myself yet. There does seem to be a humidity problem in my closet though...my clothes are shrinking o_O
