I just wanted to wish all of you a beautiful wonderful smoke free day!! You are all rockstars and are worth it 🙂  

I know I am new to this site and a newbie on quitting smoking as well, but I think of you guys as family in a way. We all need to stick together, and help one another. Everyone has been amazing, and I hope to one day give great advice and help someone through tough times like people have been helping me.

Today I have the day off, and I have my list of 100 things do to other than smoking taped to the fridge to help me. Right now I am drinking coffee....aaaand  typing this blog to help fight the urge. Coffee and smoking go together, and this is the first time that I have actually sat with a cup of coffee and had time to think. I've otherwise been on the go, drinking coffee at work or while driving... 

But I got this! I have you guys to talk to, I have my list of things to do. Games on the computer to play. All sorts of things to do today. Not One Puff Ever!
