Waking up each day a pleasure

I live in New England now and it is especially nice waking up in the morning, because I am from New England. The sights, sounds and smells are amazing… especially since I quit smoking. I know I was not able to smell as much, while I was smoking, and frankly, didn’t care much about what I was looking at because I was too focused on the having a smoke!

Priorities have certainly changed; and for the better. 

Enjoy your smoke-free days, because once you are free of smoking, your days will be better. You can sing louder, walk further and play longer. Twelve years and change away from smoking…I know this to be the truth!

@hattie  Congrats to you! I used to think I could never get through the mornings without smoking, but now I can and I enjoy my coffee with a mint and enjoy going outside to breathe fresh air instead of smoking. I am from New England too but I no longer live there.
