Went to a party last night. Was really worried about keeping the quit. My good friend was gonna be there and we would always go out and sneak a butt. It was something we always looked forward to. The time came when she asked do you want to go out. I went but guess what???? Didn't have the butt, didn't even want it. Just told her I was done. I chose to no longer smoke and it felt sooooo good. Convincing my husband was another thing. He's heard that story before and has kind of lost faith. I never smoked in front of him but he knew I did. He would some times catch me and be very disgusted. I would be embarrassed. Even if he didn't catch me and I would deny it he could always smell. So last night he saw me go out. We ended up having a conversation and he told me how he worries about me. I told him I did not smoke and guess what????? He did the sniff test and I passed. I smelled damn good!!!!!! WOOOHOO!!!!
