This blog is intended to be a group response ............this morning and the last couple of days I'm reading from a lot of new quitters and soon-to-be EX's with very similar questions and fears/concerns.

When I first came to the community website i found that reading blogs of others who were more established in their quit helped me a lot.  I found the information on the main page helpful, but since my quit was rather impromptu, I didnt actually "work the plan".

I'm 102 days quit today........the biggest factor in my quit was the "wanna".  I knew that NO MATTER WHAT!!!  I  wanted to be free from the horrors of smoking.  no more BS.  no more "trying" or "hoping", no more practicing.  this one is IT.  period.

SMOKE FREE AND LOVING IT!!!

YEPPER!  I totally agree with that!  We have to just do it and live with whatever feelings come along.  We'll live through them and one day we will be able to say we're quit 100 days!!!  Great milestone!!!  Keep leading us.

Protect Your Quit - those were some very powerful words I read my first day on this site and ATTITUDE goes a long long way like you said.  I don't say I will TRY,  I say I WILL continue to be an exsmoker.   We all have the power to quit and stay quit.  We can do it!! Congrats on over 100 Days!!  That is AWESOME!!!
