Three weeks today, folks!!! Wow, can hardly believe it. Sometimes I can definitely feel that I'm not using, but I NEVER feel like it's been this long, especially with no chemical help. Again, respecting those using it, I think we've all agreed that it's not for everybody, that's all.
Before I go any further, and to break up all of this "me-ness" that is kind of difficult for me anyway. Can we take a moment to just send up a shout out to God for all of those friends that used to blog, used to show up every once in a while, and that kept us in the loop of what was going on with them? I know who my two big ones are, although I know more than that. I'm not comfortable naming them because I don't want to hurt their privacy and/or dignity. My hope is that they are just too busy and are doing fine not using. I would HATE to think that they slipped and think it's not ok to stay with us and feel all the love and support that is here. Let's pray for them to come back whether they are using or not, just to be with us so that we can take care of them, and get them back on the straight and narrow road, thanks. Also, keep praying for your prayer partners!! They need you!! They are praying for YOU!!
OK, enough for now. Thanks everybody. Those who I talk to often, those who I don't it's getting a little crazy, so I at least try to throw something on your message board so that you know I saw and read and appreciate what you sent me. Have a GREAT and HAPPY smoke/nicotine free day!!!
