k, so after 30+ years of smoking I am not on day 11 of not smoking. Patches, gum, blueberries, distractions and supportive texts are working. I am bound and determined to do this forever. I have a plan for my son in law (who is the only cig smoker) and my step daughters (who are vapers) to have a designated area in the back yard to smoke. I never smoked in the house and didn't allow it for anyone else. I also plan to tell my son inlaw to empty the pail of his smokes in the back yard trash can. We, I, CAN DO THIS!!!
