Just wanted to say that it is my 7 days and it is all a mind over matter kind of thing. I have smoked since I was 17 years old and I am 32 now. It is the habits we have associated with smoking that reminds us that we need to smoke that is the hardest part. if you can find something else to keep you busy during your trigger moments then you will have it beat in no time. Still miss my cigs when I get bored any good suggestions mainly at work just to walk away from the desk cor a minute.
