I am a certified health care worker. I am 54 yrs old. Being in the health field I know alot of reasons I should not smoke. I have smoked for 42 yrs. I am taking Chantix, this is the 17th day since my last cigarette. I know I am addicted and I know that I just have to be strong. What will be my reward when I have beat this addiction? What do I replace the pleasure of smoking with? At this point I have recovered from a severe URI and I am grateful to be breathing. I live alone and I miss my friend the cigarette.
