Urge of all URGES!

I had no clue I would be hit with a strong one today till dealing with medical bills, insurance companies etc.

This is insane!  This urge is stronger than any I have had so far!!!

I hope that by the time you get back from your walk you'll be urge free and feel refreshed. Good for you for changing up your moment. You are doing so well.  Get help with the other stuff if you need it rather than racking your brain. Best wishes.

I did not give in one bit but did enjoy my walk.

You are right my life is more important than this ink and paper!

Maggie, I didn't realize til now that I don't call for help but to vent - till today.  I asked a friend about something.  It is all going to be OK but just aggravating.
