I don't know if Barbscloud‌ passed it on, but I fell after I posted my last blog.

I ended up with my right wrist dislocated and have had it splinted until yesterday. Since I had to rely on doing everything with my left hand, I have not been posting.

If the mouse couldn't do it, it didn't get done in most cases.

I am having to retrain muscles in my right hand and wrist now.

I had a Gastroscope on Monday and am awaiting the results of the biopsies.

I will close this for now as my wrist and hand tire quickly and the pain level increased fast when I use my hand.

I will keep working them to rehab them back to as close as possible to normal.

I wish all a very Happy New Year. May it be safe and healthy for you all.

Keep safe and travel well my friends.

One step, and then another, will get you to where you want to be.

Larry,

Happy to hear from you and that your wrist is improving.  And, your test shows nothing of concern.  Goodness, I hope you have a HEALTHY New Year.

If your insurance covers it, you might get a referral from the ortho for formal physical therapy for the wrist. They know how to work it to maximize strength building and doing it in a manner that won't cause further harm.

If not - here is some information I found online about proper exercises for it, but do check with your ortho as to which he/she wants you to do and in what order:  Wrist Fracture: Rehab Exercises

Glad you are on the mend!  I KNOW about not using a wrist - broke mine Fall before last.  Mine has come back good as new!  Hoping for a similar result for you!

Gee what a way to begin the New Year.  Especially trying because it's your dominant hand.  Hope it heals up well and that the gastroscopic results are negative.  May 2020 be kinder for you.

About the Author
I am a male that underwent coronary artery bypass X3 (triple) on 10/22/13 at the age of 55. I was living on about 20-30% of one coronary artery and my left heart output was only 20% to 25%. I spent a week in the hospital after surgery and went home. Then had to go back a day later for another week because I had pneumonia. Finally a few days because of a slight arythmia. All told it has been about 2 1/2 weeks. I am past the cravings by now and only have the urges to contend with. I really don't suggest that anyone quits smoking using this technique though. I'll have to carry the scars from that day for the rest of my life. The large one down the center of my chest, and the ones from several "silent" infarctions. I came that close to the next world. Never again will I subject my body to that (at one point in my life I was smoking 5 packs of cigarillos a day). I now have to say N.O.P.E. (Not One Puff Ever) every day of my life. TheOldGoat-Joan, I miss you terribly my friend. Elder Lists Guilia's: (/blogs/Giulia-blog/2017/06/18/elders-list-ao-december-7-2016 ) or Smorgy's (Chronological Elder List)
