That has to be some kind of a sick joke...... but then again, I wouldn't put anything past the cigarette companies....... the same people who sell you the damn things.... get you addicted..... and then give you a website where you can find the 'tools' to quit smoking. MADDENING.
What gets me is my oldest is 13. He would believe every word of it!!. On top of that there is a link to the side that said "How to smoke inside without getting caught". What the hell is wrong with people!! They even suggest its enjoyable!!! I hate when things like this come up!! It outrages me. Allen carrs book says that even smokers don't want their children to smoke. That is so very true for me. I know people that will buy cigs for their 13, 14, 15 yr old kids. I think they are crazy!! My kids are excited that i am now an exsmoker. I will not go back to that disgusting, addicting, killing habit. For wiki to have that article is horrible. Is there something we can do?
Well, it certainly is interesting! Smoking is like having sex, you really don't need anybody to tell you how... you just figure it out. Hmmmm.
Well, there really isn't anything that can be done about the article as smoking is legal, the last time I checked.
As bad as smoking is, there are worse things on the web than some moron writing about How to Smoke.
Also, telling young people not to smoke is only going to make them run to the nearest store to snag a pack. Think about it.... how many people told you not to smoke? Did it make any difference? Nope.
We humans are a very queer animal, in that if they are told "no," they will immediately do whatever it is they are not supposed to do. It is our nature.
So, worry about things you can do something about... not some idiot on the web. If you worried about folks like that you would waste the rest of your life, for there are millions of idiot out there in cyberland!
