Hello fellow ex smokers. Has anyone in this group experience dizziness, fatigue, and anxiety after 92 days being quit? I had a great week last week and a not so bad week the week before. But this week has been horrible. I have been feeling very fatigue (may be due to PMS, excuse me fellas 😂) my pressure is good as well as 🩸 work. Please help!

@Barbscloud I also still get the tingling in the legs and arm, the empty gnawing at my gut. Is it just cuz I went gold turkey? I’m so over it. I want to pick a cigarette at all, but this is too much at this point.

@Kking4  We're not doctors, but at 92 days I doubt it's because you quit cold turkey or used an aid.   You've had nicotine out of your body for awhile.  The psychological part can take much longer.  But quitting smoking with the elimination of nicotine and a multitude of chemicals is going to reek havoc on our bodies.

Sometimes we're too quick to blame everything on quitting smoking when maybe something else could be going on.  It might be nothing, but why don't you check with your doctor to play it say and give yourself peace of mind.  You're doing fabulous, so don't let this undermine your resolve.  Give you doctor a call!

Please keep us updated on how you're feeling.

@BarbscloudThanks......I have seen my doctor already for these symptoms and everything is good. I do think it’s more physiological and as well. Just knowing someone may be dealing with the same is good to know.

@Kking4  I'm glad you got it checked out.  We've all been there one way or another.  My quit was very psychological with little physical withdrawal symptoms.  But it lasted for a long time.

We have much in common when we quit, but our quits are unique to us.

It will get better so be good to yourself right now.   You deserve it.

I agree with @Barbscloud we are not Doctors.  Sometimes better to check with a doctor to be safe than sorry.  92 days of Freedom @Kking4 is super…keep us posted on how you are doing ?

I still have a huge increase in agitation after 6 months of quitting. I think I was treating an anxiety / depression issue with smoking for years. Is this possible for you?
