Hello everyone.
I am a 51 year old femail who LOVES SMOKING!. 5 days ago I learned that I have to go in and have all of my teeth reconstructed. I will be getting about 10 implants in my mouth. Also, this dental plan is a forturne as some of you might know. I personally could never ever afford to pay that dental bill. So, luckily my boyfriend is paying for it. Anyway, i was told by my dentist and other people that if I do not quit smoking all of the implants will come out or fail... Now, I have been smoking since I was 16. At the age of 28, I quit smoking for my husband, I did it cold turkey and I was irritable for about a week.
Now, This past Monday, January 27th, I quit cold turkey, thinking that I could do that again. That Monday if anyone would come near me, I was so irritable that I was down right mean. I cursed at all the people that drove slowly and I never ever do that. I then get into my boyfriends car for about a hours ride. There was bumoer to bumper traffic. IF I TELL YOU I THOUGHT THAT I WAS GOING TO HAVE A HEAT ATTACK THATS EXACTLY HOW I FELT. I WAS MEAN TO THE BOYFRIEND . I wanted to smoke like I wanted to win a million dollars. That night I never slept. Here comes Tues. I am at work and I always go out and smoke every hour. It was so boring at work with out having to go out to have a smoke!!! AGAIN, I WANTED, NEEDED AND MIY MIND WAS BEGGING FOR A CIGARETTE. Yesterday, (wednesday) my cell phone died and needed to be replaced. Verizon tells me they will fed ex me a new phone on Thursday (today). So, yesterday during the day, i had no cigarettes, no phone and I am on a diet. I then come home and I have a disagreement with my boyfriend. As soon as I hung up with him. I drove my car and bought me a pack of cigaretts. Today is Thursday and I have had a full pack of cigarettes. By smoking, that is my stress releiver. (I know that its really not). However, Smoking to me is likea drink to an alcoholic. Now, I have to be done smoking by MONDAY FERUARY 4TH 2013.
I NEED HELP!!!! ANYONE AND EVERYONE!!! I HONESTLY NEED HELP HERE. I LOVE SMOKING AND IF IT WERE UP TO ME I WOULD BE SMOKING FOREVER. NOW I HAVE TO QUIT OR I WONT HAVE TEETH IN MY MOUTH. AND WHAT MY BOYFRIEND IS PAYING FOR THIS. I HAVE TO QUIT. NOW SOME OF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO LIKE WHAT I HAVE WRITTEN HERE, BUT ITS THE TRUTH!
