Today has been a long, hard day for me:( I just feel I'm worthless to my family and they walk all over me. I may be a little depressed and I just have not been feeling like myself. My birthday is saturday and that might have something to do with it, I just don't know anymore. All I know is I'm not going to smoke, even though I could really go for one right now.

ah, yer probably just tired from quitting, it makes you tired for weeks. Because your body is cleaning and renewing itself, soon you will feel much better. Take some vitamins, I have been finding that if I take b-12 (which most people that smoke and drink are deficient in) I feel much better emotionally. I like to drink my vitamins in the form of Emer C or protein drink. the pills cause my stomach to rebel.

Anyway, you can do this, let them worry bout them, you worry bout you and yer quit.

thanks you guys:) I was doing really good the last couple days and then this morning i started on stage 2 patch, that might have something to do with it. I cut my nicotine to 14 mg from 21 mg. I'm hanging in there and will not give in.

This is your time..I know it's not easy.My dad smoked from the age of 8 until he was 75.He has emphysema bad-he gets winded walking the length of a car.I no longer care about how long he smoked as my dad.I think about how he quit despite his stressors. This past Christmas I said Dad I have cravings bad, without hesitation he said y'know Peter Jennings started smoking again after sept 11th.That was nuff said.Grab hold with both hands, and hang on to your quit.Reach out on here like Babs said. Not one puff no matter what!Moe smoke-free two years plus(a former 3.5 pack a day smoker)
