Two weeks nicotine free as of tomorrow! The first week was brutal and this week has been like riding on a swing. A lot of ups and downs. The good news, I think I have figured out how to handle my cravings when they are triggered. Today I noticed that I am starting to feel a little better too. This community has been so helpful.
