Just wanted to welcome all the new members, may your quit be as strong as you are willing for it to be and may you never quit quitting.
Today I am celebrating two and a half years of freedom from the poison, as ever before I am willing , determined and happy to continue my journey and cherish every single day of my life free of addictions.
Today I am also celebrating three years of not drinking alcohol , another poisonous habit that its not good for your health and has strong links to people smoking , especially while on their quit , so avoid drinking as it triggers your cravings.
