It seems like just yesterday I was throwing away my last cigarette and starting on this journey. It really has gone by faster than I expected. Yes there were some hard days, but the easy days just totally out number the hard ones. If you are struggling to stay quit, reach out. Someone will be there for you. Avoid those tempting situations and just stay strong.
