Moon and sky frozen lake Russell Alan Considine.jpg

Robert Allen Considine give us a look at the moon over a frozen lake in western Maine.  A cold night I'd say.

Tuesday is for trust,  It's how we quit smoking, well one way.  We've learned to trust ourselves and our instincts, if we haven't learned that we're in trouble.  I trust myself, I won't go sneak around and smoke, it's that simple, now.  In the beginning I may have been sneaky, but when that happened I asked for, and received, help.  Over time I learned that I wasn't such a bad guy after all, I could trust me not to smoke.

I trust you not to smoke too, I encourage you to say "Hect No!" and give up the horrible weed!  Join me in trusting on Tuesday.

Hi Larry ... I trust me not to smoke Today...I like this picture, I love the colors in the sky...would make a good jigsaw puzzle, that will keep one’s hand’s busy when we first quit smoking.  Happy Tuesday....~ Colleen 435 DOF

I quit on October 25, 2013, it was the best decision I ever made (or, one of them). I smoked for over 50 years and quit Cold Turkey. My most useful tool is gratitude, you can borrow some from me.
