Hi, my name is TC. I am a smoker since I was 12 years old and now 55. I have had cancer twice and now going through narrowing of the viens. 3 stents in one leg and they won't do the other until I quit. Not to mention all the beautiful coughing I have achieved over the years. So not pretty. I need to quit. I am having one of the hardest times trying to do this. If I don't quit I am going to lose a leg. I need all the help I can get. I have obtained the nicotine patches . I smoke 2 packs a day. I have gotten down to one over the last week . I just want to quit. I found the ex.com website and it is truly remarkable, I have set my quit date for Aug 31st, 2020. I see I was on this website 8 years ago . That's truly sad ,that I thought about it then and did nothing. This time will be different. There is a whole lot at stake here. Thank you for all the posts. Glad to be a member.
