Trekking is most joyful after quitting smoking

I had opportunity recently to trek in Himalaya.  Ascending was awesome felt very impressed, as the lungs supported breathing techniques. Enjoyed and stayed with nature. We trekked around 32 miles and ascend was 3700 metres up.

This was possible due to quitting smoking . More importantly the damages, hurts due to smoking are almost recovered.

My gratitude goes to this site, the support and EX-cellent people here. Sharing some Pics.
