Trekking in other part of the world..

This was beautiful nature trek, duration of 12-13 days.  Daily hiking trekking approx 20 km per day and gaining gradually higher altitude... Himalayan Mountains in Nepal.

A routine day having over 8 hours of hiking and involved a great deal of ascending and descending on sparsely tread trails.

Early season snow fall surprised most of us, however we did enjoy a lot.

Most important :

Quitting smoking helped a lot on ascending, hours together of walking.

Quitting smoking helped  in enjoying inhaling fresh smell of jungle, mountains, breeze, and beautiful nature.

Stay away from white notorious cancer stick....it's doable.
