Just a quick check in. I had such a good sleep, I might take the next Chantix pill just before bed with food. The urges can be strong at times, a kind of yeaning that used to make me run right out to buy a pack of smokes. Now I run here instead and find so much inspiration and encouragement it calms me right down. I went to our Fair last night and found all the smells so delicious and more intense. I also didn't get out of breath as soon, when I had to climb a long hill. I ate my first corn dog too, so I guess that means I must be a real Southerner now.
