Hi everyone well its been sometime that I was on this site because I failed on my quitting smoking and it made me very ashamed to face my friends on this site, I thought that if I gave it a week or two I could quit and come back, but it got longer and longer and then I thought I was hopeless. I read on this site tonight about someone haveing trouble with COPD and it struck a nerve, it kinda made me cry inside, So I just had to come back and tell all about how I feel. and where I have been. I'm very ashamed of myself
