Tomorrow is the big day. And I'm excited.

I've been reading everything I can get my hands on about quitting. I feel prepared.

I've used post-it's and posted messages all around my house with my list of reasons & words of encouragement.

Tonight I'm putting my smoking chair away & throwing away my ashtray. All lighters will be hidden. [I still have to light candles! lol]

I have a great feeling about it this time. And alot of it is due to this website & the people on here. THANK YOU! You guys have been amazing! 🙂
