...Is The Day...HaHa, HeHe, today I will be smoke-free! Each day is a new beginning, and it all starts with day ONE. There can be no other days without this ONE, this is a celebration! Each moment will be a first, and special because it begins with this ONE! I am so excited and there is much to do and look forward to. Each moment will be special because it is closer to becoming smoke-free. I have given forty years to smoking, now I will spend it being smokefree. This is a very special time and there will never be another ONE like it, even the rough and tough moments, withdrawals, the healing process will all be moments to treasure. Goals, milestones, feeling better, discoveries, being healthier all lay before me! They are mine for the taking,,,let the quit begin! Time for a new page, it is a change! Hooray for me!
