I can do this! I'm already past my first trigger, those automatic two or three cigarettes during the waking up process. My roomate's at work all day so he won't be smoking around me. I've got a patch on and the inhaler for strong cravings. I try to avoid using it though. I don't want to just use it as much as I was smoking. That defeats the purpose. I bought sugarless candy and it definitely helps to have something in my mouth when I want a cigarette. I know there are gonna be times that I don't want to do this anymore but when I stick with it the rewards way outweigh being uncomfortable for a few days.
