I need to focus on my new lifestyle no more cigarette for me i feel good about myself now if you ask me miss old habit not really because i want quit smoking be healthy. I use to smoke one pack and supporting others there habits no more for me cause i dont smoke no more today is one month without no cigarettes i am proud of myself i couldn't do without support of my girlfriend my coach you guys. I know my first week was not easy but not hard either because didn't want smoke no more.
