Today is day 7 for me!

Tonight at 830p.  will be the official day/time I had my last cigarette. Nov 5th Monday I put on a patch...it has been a very hard week for me so far but my husband is quitting with me...I have set some short term goals and a very BIG long term goal for me! I am doing ok with lots of struggles!
