Today is day 4 and my first day back at work.  So far so good.  It's harder at work than at home, cause it gets stressful.  But I'm doing good.  At least work keeps me busy.  You guys have been so helpful!  Thank you.

Congratulations on day 4.  You are doing this!  Remind yourself how much you don't want to smoke and come here when you feel the urge.  The deep breathing is a great idea.

Way to go!  The transition back to work is difficult -- I quit on a Friday night and that first week back in the office was very challenging. Don't be afraid to take breaks, just do something other than smoke. Do a crossword puzzle. Walk a lap around the building. Come to this site and read the latest blogs. You're doing great, keep it up!!
