Oh how I have been in your shoes!  You can do this:) it's not easy but you can do it - you have to do it! Not for everyone else but only you...life is so much better w/o being tied to the almight nico demon!  But he does (or she) does still to this very day tap my shoulder but I have to brush those little taps off hold up my head and take a deep breath and walk on.  I still can't believe myself that I have done so well ... will be 2 years in February....I stilll want a smoke everyday but I know I can't if I want to live. My lungs are still recovering from years of smoking so please for yourself hang in there:)! you can do it:)!

Well thanks for the blog!!  I have been struggling a bit this morning and yesterday afternoon for sure.  I think it has to do with giving up the nicotine patch.  I wore the 21mg patches for 2 weeks as instructed but they were very uncomfortable when I first put them on and I got itchy everywhere even after removing the patch.  So now I'm just trying the cold turkey method.  I don't know if that counts since I wore a patch for 2 weeks but hey,  I am still smoke free - so whatever works, right?!?!!!

I haven't had one puff of smoke since around 9:30 pm Sunday night December 5th....  Ya know what sucks is this....You quit almost 2 years ago and you still wanna have a smoke everyday......?!?!  That's ridiculous isn't it?!  Well stay smoke free and thanks again for sharing your thoughts.  I hope you have an awesome SMOKE FREE day! :-}
