You can do this if you believe you can.  I tried to quit many times and was not successful until I:

came here and got support

prayed for help and had faith I would get it

read up on addiction and prepared for my quit

decided that no matter how bad it got I was not going to smoke.

I recommend you read Allen Carr's Easy Way to Quit Smoking.

You can do this and we want to help.  Come here and blog with Help in the title when you need us.

BTW after I did all that my quit has been easy.  Not saying yours will be but you never know.
