Tips for comfort replacement that is not a cigarette?

Relaxing I have covered with excercise, reading, hot bath, wine, etc...but what do you guys/girls do to comfort yourself after a long or difficult day instead of smoking  (when a hug from a loved one or a massage isn't available) 🙂  Thanks for any ideas and to all of you for helping me make it to 158 days!
