Time to Dance

Take the time to dance and do the things that make your heart sing. Smoking doesn't give you energy - it actually takes it away. To be able to watch dancers and see how they light up on stage when they see an audience is amazing. Take that ray of sunshine and bottle it for the days that you feel you don't have energy or just need a little motivation to keep going. It doesn't matter if it's just a walk around the block, dancing on stage or just a walk at the mall. Smoking robs so many things as you actually had to take the time out to find a place to light up. You would need to find a spot outside or away from people just to get a fix. I'm glad those days are over with and smoking behind me. I may not have the same energy as a dancer but at least I can feel their energy to say "yes" this is going to be a great day. I may not be fast or rush to get things done but I am no longer looking for this fix. I no longer need nicotine to give me a false boost only to run out in less than 1/2 hour. Here's to NOPE and JFT be good to yourself. If you don't no one else will.
