I've passed my 100 day mark! I'm really proud of myself for sticking through it all and I don't intend to stop now. I hope everyone has a wonderful New Year and especially without those evil nicodemons. We don't need them ever again!!!! For those that are still struggling to go smoke-free, I want you to know that you have the mental and physical strength to get through it. Continue coming online and talking about your struggles.
