I love this website and community but I'm having trouble navigating and also put that I smoked 3 cigarettes on the cigarette tracker I thought the number was for how strong the urge was so it looks like I smoked when I didnt I'm bummed.

I struggled with it as well.  I implement web based software for a living and I can't navigate it.  The admin, Mark, will probably help you.

Welcome to the community! I hope you start to learn the navigation piece. I do everything from my phone and it was difficult getting around at first.

If there ever comes a time when you feel you need a cigarette, come here and post ab and it it BEFORE you have one and wait for a response BEFORE you cave! Glad to see there is another quitter amongst us!

Keep us close throughout the quit process; I feel when people feel they have failed, they disappear to never be seen again. Of course, don't plan on slipping, just if you do, stay here and stay in your quit!

I will do that that's the beauty if this website everyone knows how it is and what your going through so no judgement.

Welcome to EX, Kcloutier64.  I joined EX almost five years ago when we were on the old website, and I have to admit I had some trouble getting around when they made the switch as well.  The best way to read the blogs, I've found, is to go to My EX Feed at the top of the EX Community home page.  If you want conversations, you can get to those and click on more and you'll have a bunch.  Same goes for blogs.  I'm not too adventuresome, so that's pretty much how I get around.  I hope that helps.

About the Author
I battled with depression and anxiety for many years it became so unbearable I ended up being hospitalized. I promised myself I would overcome and not be taken down by that beast again. I am more than half the way up that steep hill of recovery and have fought hard to get where I am at today. I have no room in my life for unhealthy habits they just stunt my progress. I love my life and want to live the best I can. I realize smoking is not helping me do that even though I thought it was helping me through the depression and anxiety then it became a part of me. I want that part of me gone, I want to breathe, I want to go on hikes again,I want my teeth white again,I want to smell good. I want money in my pocket, I don't want to reach for a cigarette every time I drive or after I eat or when I'm stressed or when I wake up or before I go to bed or every half hour.I could go on and on but I'll spare you because I'm sure you know. So that's it thanks
