What am I doing wrong?  I log in my cigarettes and my quit date, but the site doesn't remember me.  What am I doing wrong?  I've updated my profile 5 times and yet it doesn't remember any of my information other than my name.  I really do want this to work but don't want to waste my time on the site if it won't remember anything.

Please help if you know a secret as to how to remember the # of cigs I've had and my quit date.

cr*p I just checked mine (I just started yesterday) and same thing!  It is not retaining the information I submit!

Looks like they are fixing the Site - Since its First of January - I bet there servers are overloaded!

I'm glad I'm not the only one...I'm still gonna track...I wrote to them just in case they were not aware of the problem...hopefully they will have it repaired soon... I'm still gonna track...

js, I eventually just bypassed the ex plan part of this site because you can't count on it and half the time it doesn't make sense to me. The blogs and support found within them are what I enjoy and use every day. Hope this helps.
